SAFEPLUG UPGRADE TAG
Adds safety information to an existing electrical plug (RightPlug™ technology). Upgrade tags enable a SafePlug receptacle to provide both appliance overload and shock protection.
Tags communicate appliance power and current rating to a SafePlug receptacle.
Before installing a tag, identify your appliance power or current rating (Amps/Watts). Select one of 13 tags that best matches the appliance rating.
Note: For an appliance to receive power from a SafePlug receptacle it must be updated by adding the SafePlug Upgrade Tag that best matches its power or current rating (Amps/Watts).

*Warning: Turns electricity ON at the outlet receptacles. Disables SafePlug shock protection. Disables overload protection on appliances without a SafePlug Tag.
